Our Passion

At EPMartin, we are driven to deliver the best products to action-addicted adventurers who balance their adrenaline pursuit with rigors of everyday life. After all, a life without adventure is a life not worth living.

To do this means the real challenge is to climb inside the minds of these adventurers. To immerse ourselves in the same activities and connect with their life. This is a bit easier for us because we live the life as well. This means we take extreme effort in designing, prototyping and testing our products. We personally put our products thru the most extreme environments and conditions.

What better way to test the Sahara Expedition Chronograph than to run across the Sahara. In October of 2006 Mike Prstojevich of EPMartin, Danny Moy, Professional Adventure Racer and Hunter Ellis of The History Channel tested the Sahara Chronograph in a self-supported race covering 150 miles of the Sahara in Egypt. Seven days, terrain covering rocky mountains, red, gold and white sand dunes 122m high, the occasional oasis, and the fierce heat of the Sahara providing almost no relief from one day to another. In these extreme conditions you understand the toll it takes on your body, mind and equipment.

Both Jason Martin and Mike Prstojevich of EPMartin have participated in a number of adventure races as teammates. Quick 4-6 hour sprint races. 24 hour and mult-day events. Even endurance precision and combat shooting events.
